General Questions

What is DragoBreaks?

DragoBreaks is an online destination for authentic Pokemon Trading Card Game products. We offer booster packs, booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, tins, collection boxes, premium collections, accessories, graded cards, singles, and more for collectors and players.

Are your Pokemon products authentic?

Yes. Every Pokemon product sold by DragoBreaks is sourced from reputable distributors, manufacturers, or trusted suppliers. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, resealed, fake, or tampered products.

What does factory sealed mean?

Factory sealed means the product is unopened and remains in its original manufacturer packaging exactly as it left the factory.

What are sealed products?

Sealed products are Pokemon items that have never been opened and remain in their original manufacturer packaging, such as booster boxes, ETBs, booster bundles, tins, collection boxes, and premium collections.

What are singles?

Singles are individual Pokemon cards removed from sealed products. They may include commons, uncommons, rares, ultra rares, illustration rares, special illustration rares, hyper rares, trainer cards, and promo cards.

Are singles guaranteed to grade PSA 10?

No. Card grading is subjective and performed by the grading company. Even pack-fresh cards can receive grades below PSA 10 due to centering, print lines, factory imperfections, or handling during manufacturing.

What are slabs?

A slab is a trading card that has been professionally authenticated, graded, and sealed inside a tamper-evident plastic case by a third-party grading company such as PSA, Beckett/BGS, CGC, or TAG.

Do sealed products guarantee specific cards?

No. Pokemon products are randomized by The Pokemon Company. DragoBreaks cannot guarantee any specific card, rarity, or pull rate from sealed products.

Are your booster packs weighed?

No. We do not weigh, sort, or manipulate booster packs.

Can sealed products be returned after opening?

No. Once a sealed product has been opened, it cannot be returned.

Pricing Policy

Are your prices negotiable?

No. All prices are final unless a promotion or sale is specifically advertised by DragoBreaks.

How are your prices determined?

Prices are based on current market conditions, product availability, distributor costs, demand, TCGPlayer market price, recent sales data, PriceCharting data when applicable, and other reputable market sources.

Why did the price change after I looked at it?

The Pokemon card market changes frequently. Prices shown at checkout are the current selling price and may change due to supply, demand, new releases, tournament play, collector demand, distributor pricing, and availability.

Will you match another store's price?

At this time, DragoBreaks does not offer price matching.

Can you hold an item at today's price?

No. We cannot hold inventory or lock pricing unless an order has been placed and payment has been completed.

Why are some products more expensive than MSRP?

Many Pokemon products sell on the secondary market after release. When products become difficult to find or go out of print, market prices often rise above MSRP. Prices can also fall if demand decreases or supply increases.

Do prices include future market changes?

No. Prices reflect market value at the time of purchase. We cannot issue refunds or store credit if a product's market value changes after an order is placed.

Do you negotiate on large orders?

Listed prices apply to all orders unless we are running an official promotion or have a published wholesale program.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been received. Pre-orders ship once inventory is received and available.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship through trusted national carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Domestic shipping availability depends on your location and current shipping policies.

How are products packaged?

Orders may be protected with bubble wrap, protective boxes, packing paper, cardboard inserts, team bags where applicable, and other shipping protection.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of collectible trading card products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sealed products, opened products, booster packs, booster boxes, ETBs, collection boxes, tins, singles, or accessories.

Why don't you accept returns?

Counterfeit cards, resealed products, product tampering, and card swapping are common risks in the hobby. To protect customers and product integrity, all sales are final once an item leaves our possession.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Take photos before opening, photograph the shipping box and label, keep packing materials, contact the shipping carrier immediately, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

What if my package is lost?

If tracking shows your package is lost in transit, contact the shipping carrier immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue when applicable.

What if tracking says delivered but I did not receive it?

Check around your property, ask neighbors or household members, and contact your local carrier. Once a package is marked delivered, responsibility generally transfers to the recipient, but we can assist with a carrier claim when appropriate.

Pre-Orders

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders reserve inventory before release. Orders containing pre-order items generally ship once all items in the order are available unless otherwise noted.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Pre-orders may be canceled before shipment, subject to any terms listed on the product page.

Live Breaks

What is a live break?

A live break is when sealed Pokemon products are opened live during a livestream. Customers purchase packs, boxes, or spots, and the contents are opened on camera before being securely packaged and shipped.

Are live break sales final?

Yes. Because products are opened during the livestream at the customer's request, all live break purchases are final.

Product Information

Why does my product look slightly different than the photo?

Manufacturers occasionally update packaging, artwork, logos, promotional inserts, included accessories, and other details. Minor variations may occur without affecting authenticity.

Can pack counts vary?

Some Pokemon products vary by release or region. Refer to the individual product description for exact contents.

Are Japanese and Korean products authentic?

Yes. Japanese and Korean Pokemon products are officially licensed by The Pokemon Company for their respective markets.

Do you sell graded cards?

Yes, when available. Graded card listings include certification and assigned grade information when applicable.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout through Shopify's secure payment system.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout system. DragoBreaks does not store payment information.
